EFFECTIVE DATE:05/15/2023

FARMERS INTENTION UPON DELIVERY
The producer must declare at the scale whether his/her grain is to be Sold, placed on Price Later, or applied to Contracted Grain. If the producer fails to inform the scale operator, the grain will be posted to Open Contracted Grain first followed by Price Later agreement.  Producer must sign Price Later Agreements within 10 days of delivery.  County Line Grain Co will receive all grain as if it is a GMO variety. At the time of settlement you will receive the price for the value of GMO grain only.

If there are contracts for the current delivery period the first grain brought in will be applied to the oldest contract. You will not be allowed to put grain on Price Later first and fill contracts later.
